Electronic Consent
Digital agreements for a seamless and rapid financial experience.
Last Revised: September 2026
To facilitate a rapid and seamless matching process, Rocket Payday Cash operates entirely digitally. In accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), we require your explicit consent to deliver critical disclosures, notices, and loan documentation via electronic channels.
Digital Communication Framework
By interacting with our platform and submitting a funding request, you are officially acknowledging your agreement to conduct business electronically. This means that Rocket Payday Cash, along with our participating third-party lenders, may provide you with the following documents digitally (via email, SMS, or through a secure web portal):
- Truth in Lending Act (TILA) Disclosures & APR details.
- Formal loan agreements and promissory notes.
- Notices of approval, adverse action, or account status updates.
- Privacy notices and modifications to operational terms.
System Requirements
To ensure you can access, read, and retain all electronic communications without interruption, your technological setup must meet the following minimum requirements:
- An active and accessible email account.
- A computing device (smartphone, tablet, or PC) with reliable internet connectivity.
- A modern web browser supporting a minimum of 128-bit SSL encryption.
- Software capable of rendering PDF documents (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- Local storage capacity to save documents, or access to a printer to maintain physical copies.
Revoking Electronic Consent
Your electronic consent is entirely voluntary. Should you prefer to receive physical paper copies of your disclosures, you hold the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, because our matching technology is engineered to function 100% online, withdrawing your consent prior to being matched will automatically terminate your request in our system.
If you have already been matched and have an active loan, you must direct your request to withdraw electronic consent specifically to your assigned lender, subject to their individual policies and potential administrative fees for paper mailings.
Maintaining Active Comms
It is crucial that your digital contact points remain accurate. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your primary email address and mobile phone number are up to date in both our system and your lender's system. Failure to update your contact information may result in missed critical alerts regarding your loan repayment schedule.
